Wil Schulze is a registered Professional Engineer in twenty-one states. Wil is the Founder and President of SPIDAWeb LLC and IJUS LLC. His primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new opportunities for software, engineering services, and providing professional engineering review and guidance.
Prior to the purchase of the engineering services business from Itron and subsequent inception of IJUS in 2005, Mr. Schulze served in roles as Director of Operations, Business Development Manager, and Operations Manager. Mr. Schulze’s operations oversaw the distribution engineering and joint use process involving pole attachment applications for various utilities and the distribution engineering of both overhead and underground facilities.
Mr. Schulze has over fifteen years of management, engineering, and consulting experience which includes joint use pole attachment agreements. Mr. Schulze is a frequent industry speaker on joint use related topics and a member of several joint use specific organizations. His professional experience has also been used by clients for testimony in cases involving joint use issues.
Wil resides in Westerville, Ohio with his wife and three children. The Schulze family, IJUS, and SPIDA® Web support local organizations that assist children born with Spina Bifida. The name SPIDA, pays tribute to the relentless determination that Wil’s daughter and other children like her undertake each and every day. A tenacity replicated in the vision of SPIDAWeb and IJUS.

Brett Willitt joined SPIDAWeb LLC and IJUS LLC in 2008 as Manager, Business Development, bringing with him fifteen years of experience in the telecommunication and electric utility industries. At SPIDAWeb, Mr. Willitt’s primary roles are to grow SPIDAWeb’s position in the industry and work with partners to expand company offerings.
Mr. Willitt came to SPIDAWeb after completing an 18-month assignment with FirstEnergy, at their Ohio Edison operating company, as Program Manager, Joint Use. Mr. Willitt managed the daunting task of overhauling and centralizing their joint use operations.
Prior to that, Mr. Willitt spent five years with Osmose, a national asset management and inspection company, on corporate staff as Manager, Product Engineering and over seven years with Verizon and several start-up telecommunications providers.
Brett resides in Buffalo, New York with his wife and three children.
