SPIDA Tech On the Go (STOTG) Vaughan: Agenda*
The agenda for STOTG Vaughan features 2 full days of hands-on instructor-led SPIDAcalc v7.1 – Orb Weaver training and 1 full day of industry-focused topics, allowing attendees to participate in collaborative discussions throughout all three days. The conference is ideal for new SPIDAcalc users, power users, prospective clients, and product experts together in one place – bringing together a SPIDA community ideal for innovation and knowledge-sharing.

Tuesday, September 10th – Wednesday, September 11th
The training will focus on navigating SPIDAcalc v7.1 – Orb Weaver, in a 2-day, 9-part collaborative and educational format. The training will be hands-on and attendees will have access to a trial version of the software to use throughout the conference.

- Using Draft and Design Layers with Comparison View
- Navigating SPIDAcalc Interface and Project Set-up
- Creating Projects and Design
- Designing with Customizable Framing Assemblies

Thursday, September 12th
The final day of the conference will take a deeper dive into SPIDAcalc and will include advanced and analytic topics.

- Interpretation and Application of CSA Standards

- Technical Review of Analysis Methods
- Reviewing Detailed Analysis Results and SPIDAcalc Use Cases
